At Cavaliero & Associates, we are pleased to announce that Francis Berney has joined our firm as an associate. Francis is a Swiss-trained Attorney-At-Law who advises and represents clients before Swiss courts, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and international and national sports bodies.  

Before focusing his professional career on sports law, Francis provided advice in various areas of civil and commercial law. His work mainly included drafting briefs and contracts, as well as representing clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. Francis is specialized in labor law.  

Additionally, he is fluent in four languages (French, English, German, and Spanish) and has extensive legal training. He holds a bilingual Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Fribourg, a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, and an LL.M. in business law from the University of Berkeley (United States).  

We are confident that his addition will be a great asset to the team of Cavaliero & Associates and will help strengthen the quality service we offer to our clients.
