After more than 7 years working for FIFA in various leading roles within the Legal & Compliance Division, Jaime has gained a profound experience and knowledge of the sport industry. 

Jaime joined FIFA in 2014, where he established an outstanding working relationship with Marc. Since 2017, he led the Disciplinary department and was responsible, among many others, for handling disciplinary issues during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™. Since December 2018, he  was entrusted to create and develop the FIFA Litigation Department, which centralised all disputes involving FIFA before CAS. As part of his work, Jaime represented FIFA in hundreds of arbitral procedures in all fields, such as governance, employment-related, transfers of players, doping, disciplinary, ethics, etc.
